Three Custom Stages for One Unforgettable Commencement
In May, Production Management One had the privilege of designing and building a trio of custom stages for a truly historic moment: the first time this university combined all of its graduation ceremonies into a single, stadium-scale celebration.
With over 2,000 graduates and 5,000 guests in attendance, the production needed to deliver on both function and form—accommodating dignitaries, faculty, a full band, and thousands of proud families—all while ensuring flawless accessibility, sightlines, and flow.
Main Stage | 56' x 40'
Center stage for the ceremony, featuring large custom stairs at downstage center and dual ADA-compliant switchback ramps for smooth, dignified access at every point.
Faculty Stage | 36' x 40'
A dedicated riser for university leadership and distinguished guests, designed to match the scale and prominence of the occasion.

Purpose-built for a full live ensemble, with the space and support required for professional audio performance.
