Production Management One is a production infrastructure partner specializing in the design and deployment of staging, seating, and structures for live events.
We operate from Detroit, Orlando, and the DC metro. We build mainly nationwide; worldwide when called.

We find a way to say yes. If a job requires more than what's in our inventory, we source it from a vetted partner network across the country, manage it under PM1 production standards, and deliver the full scope under one team. First projects turn into multi-year national partnerships.

Our core is staging, seating, and structures. From standard event decks to complex multi-level configurations with ADA-compliant ramps, tiered press risers, VIP platforms, and broadcast-ready camera positions.
When the event demands it, the trucks also carry TV lighting, LED walls, audio systems, wireless comms, power distribution, generators, lifts, floor and turf protection, pipe and drape, crowd control, and everything else it takes to deliver a complete production.

PM1 was built in 2018 by people who had already spent careers in the trucks. The first builds were on tight timelines, in front of national audiences, with no margin to get it wrong. That part has not changed.
What changed is the scale. Three warehouses. National deployment. The work that started on a single rapid-turn build now runs across inaugurations, championship broadcasts, brand activations, and arena tours that change cities overnight.
