On Camera
In the Stands

Every build is two events.

The one the broadcast sees and the one the fans see.

We design both from the first layout.

When Both Events Get Bigger

On camera or in the stands, three versions of the same sharp turn.

The Quote Takes Six Weeks

The national staging companies own the equipment. They also say no when they are booked. When your event is not their priority, responsiveness disappears. We quote in days. We answer when you call.

01

Folding Chairs Stopped Working

Fans expect real sightlines. Sponsors expect real hospitality. The broadcast needs a grandstand wall behind the talent, not scattered seating. Spectator experience is part of the event's brand now. The infrastructure has to match.

02

Same Event. Different City.

The tour runs in four markets this season. Your regional staging company does not travel. Now you are vetting a new provider per city and hoping the quality holds. PM1 deploys nationwide under one standard. Same crew, same build, coast to coast.

What We Bring

We Design Broadcast-First

  • The Thesis: Every build is engineered for two audiences at once. The broadcast reads it one way. The stands read it another. The design has to work for both from the first layout, or it gets rebuilt on site at two in the morning.
  • The Scope: Staging, grandstands, bleacher seating, press risers, camera cut risers, VIP platforms, barricade systems, full production packages. For local tournaments, multi-city tours, championship weekends, regional broadcasts, or whatever format the sport just launched.
  • Speed and Adaptation: Quoting turnaround is measured in hours. Builds go in days, not weeks. When the plan changes on site, the crew adjusts without grumbling and the schedule holds. That is the tempo sports production actually runs on.
Why the call goes here

What the call looks like

01

Annualized Relationships

The events come back every year. So do we. Regular-season tournaments, championship weekends, playoff overlays, annual broadcasts. PM1 builds around the calendar, not around one job at a time. Same account manager. Same CAD drawings on file, updated for whatever changed since last year. Sports agencies hire us once and stop vetting. The procurement conversation in Year Two is not a pitch. It is a scope update.

02

Broadcast-Ready Builds

Press risers sized for full lens kits, not just a laptop. Camera cut positions that actually clear sightlines at two hundred feet. Tiered seating behind the talent so the broadcast backdrop reads as a crowd, not scattered heads. VIP viewing areas positioned where the camera catches them in the wide shot. Every element designed from the first layout. The event looks right on camera because the broadcast read was part of the build spec from the beginning, not an afterthought someone tried to solve when the network truck pulled in.

03

Compliance and Insurance Ready

Liability coverage at the limits your organization actually requires. W-9 on file, MSA signed, vendor database access current. Contract redlines handled at our level, not bounced back to yours. Certificates of insurance issued per event, per venue, to the additional insureds you specify. Safety plans on file for the builds that need them. We are not learning your procurement process on your timeline. We have already been through it with the leagues, the venues, and the broadcast partners who share your standards. The paperwork does not slow the build.

04

We change what the venue is

We were already Duke's bleacher partner. Then they wanted something more bespoke. We decked the upper levels of the stadium and added VIP sections. They liked it enough that it stayed up for another season. That is what transformation looks like at PM1. Temporary grandstands for playoff capacity. Camera platforms over existing stadium seats. Field-level reconfig when the venue is hosting a different sport next week. Whatever the season asks for.

They crushed our goal of a 2.5-hour setup. Extremely responsive and flexible to our needs.

— National Women's Soccer League

The PM1 team were truly world-class. Professional and went above all our expectations. They were able to deliver on all of our production needs.

Wilson Pak

— CrossFit Games

PM1 knocked it out of the park with the grandstand bleachers for our Professional Cheer League Match and CHEERSPORT Nationals in Atlanta! Their crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. The grandstands boosted our seating capacity and gave guests an elevated, comfortable viewing experience that everyone loved.
