Real Work
One Standard

PM1 builds the production infrastructure behind events that cannot have a bad day. We are looking for people who already know what that takes. If the work sounds like yours, send it in.

What It's Like Here

Some days are warehouse days. Some are site days. Some start before daylight and end after the last truck is loaded. The common thread is the crew beside you.

We hire people who show up prepared, work clean, and take ownership of the outcome. Not just their piece of it. The whole build. That mentality is what makes PM1 work. It is also what makes the job worth doing.

This isn't a company that talks about culture in slide decks. The culture is in how the crew runs a load-in. How the production manager handles a scope change at 2 a.m. How the site lead leaves the venue. You feel it on the job or you don't. We'd rather you feel it.

Our standards were forged in the most demanding environments this industry has. Rapid-turnaround, nationally visible events where the pressure never lets up. Those standards travel to every build, every crew, every site. The bar is high. It stays there.

What you get

Three Things This Job Actually Gives You

01
01

Real work. Real responsibility.

You're not filing reports. You're building and supporting events that people remember.

02
02

One crew. One standard.

Every person on the job is held to the same bar. That is how trust gets built.

03
03

Room to grow. PM1 is scaling.

Production managers come from the crew. Site leads come from the crew. The next round of supervisors is on the trucks right now. If you put in the work, you climb.

I do have to call out Chris Osterman specifically — his energy really did make everything possible. Please understand when I say that if I had any job openings at all, I would do my best to steal him from you. Give that man a raise!

Ryan Thero was very thorough with all communication and planning. Tyler Anderson went out of his way to make sure our viewing deck was perfect and when the crew loaded out he made sure the area was pristine.

— Rock Events

Deborah and the entire team were amazing. They worked miracles and were excellent from start to finish. I will definitely make PM1 my first call for all of my production needs.
