PM1 builds stages, grandstands, bleachers, and platforms across Detroit and Michigan from its shop in Taylor, with live event production on the same layout. Parade routes on Woodward and race days at M1 Concourse, built by a crew that knows the ground.

The Detroit crew works from Taylor, near I-94 and Detroit Metro Airport. It builds PM1's structures for Michigan and the Midwest: grandstands, bleachers, stages, platforms, decking, and barricade, with audio, video, and lighting drawn onto the same layout.
City streets, racetracks, parks, and stadium fields each ask something different of a build. The Detroit crew has built on all of them, with one team from the first site walk to load-out.
Portable bleachers to engineered grandstands, leveled on sloped sidewalks, racetrack grade, or a park hillside.
Stages, multi-level VIP decks, and viewing platforms, drawn in CAD and stamped where the job requires.
Bike rack, Tensa, and concert barricade laid out for ingress, egress, and a crowd that has to keep moving.
Tiered press risers and camera positions for broadcasts, rallies, and the programs that need a clean shot.
Platforms and structures for large-scale stadium shows: FOH and camera positions, field-level decks, and VIP platforms built around the touring production.
When PM1's nationwide crews run live event production in Michigan and the Midwest, the Detroit shop backs them with structures, staging, and local crew.

The Detroit crew covers metro Detroit, Michigan, and the Midwest. On Woodward Avenue, PM1 seats America's Thanksgiving Parade from Campus Martius toward the DIA, with the barricade lines the route depends on. Up Woodward at M1 Concourse in Pontiac, it builds the grandstands and the trackside VIP deck for Roadkill Nights.
The crew has also built at Kensington Metropark for the 2026 PDGA Worlds, at Hart Plaza, at the Michigan State Capitol, and at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater. When a build needs more than one shop holds, DC and Orlando load trucks too.

A Michigan build runs on the street's schedule and the season's weather. Woodward stays open until the night before the parade, so 39 seating structures go up over three nights and three days. Grandstands land on sloped sidewalks and racetrack grade, on boarding decks or wood pads where the surface needs protecting. A zone beside the Q-Line tracks gets its own certification. PM1 draws every zone in CAD, has the structures engineered, and clears the street the next day.
