PM1 builds stages, grandstands, bleachers, platforms, and pool covers across Florida from its shop in Orlando, with live event production on the same layout. Theme park openings, convention center shows, large-scale stadium shows, and championships on the sand, from Tallahassee to the Keys.

The Orlando crew works from south Orlando and covers the entire state: Tallahassee, Gainesville, Tampa, Miami, and the Keys. It builds PM1's structures for Florida and the Southeast: stages, grandstands, bleachers, platforms, pool covers, and barricade, with audio, video, and lighting drawn onto the same layout.
Theme parks, convention halls, resort pools, and beaches each ask something different of a build. The Orlando crew has built on all of them, with one team from the first site walk to load-out.
Stages, custom decks, and viewing platforms for grand openings, general sessions, and championship courts, drawn in CAD and stamped where the job requires.
Portable bleachers to engineered grandstands, leveled on sand, turf, or a convention center floor.
Tip-up stadium seats on tiered risers, courtside chairs, and VIP decks for premium sections and long programs.
Load-bearing covers measured in three dimensions that turn a resort pool into a stage or a dance floor.
Bike rack, Tensa, and concert barricade laid out for ingress, egress, and a crowd that has to keep moving.
When PM1's nationwide crews run live event production in Florida and the Southeast, the Orlando shop backs them with structures, staging, and local crew.

Close to home, the Orlando crew builds grand openings and closed-to-the-public events at theme parks and attractions, stadium seating for USTA tennis, and indoor shows at the convention center and the resort ballrooms around it, including custom staging at the Gaylord Palms.
Across the state, it builds the large-scale projects: the CrossFit Games, volleyball championships, and dance and cheer championships on the sand in Daytona. It seated 1,203 at center court for the US Open Pickleball Championships in Naples and has covered the pool at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood for four seasons. When a build needs more than one shop holds, Detroit and DC load trucks too.

A Florida build runs on sand, heat, and the afternoon storm. Grandstands go down on the beach and get leveled to it. Structures are planned for wind, and the crew plans the day around the weather. Theme parks and attractions work to tight access windows and guest-facing standards, and closed-to-the-public events have to look finished before the first guest walks in. Resort pools get covers measured in three dimensions and stamped by engineers. PM1 draws all of it into the plan before load-in.
