PM1 operates across two capabilities:
Structures and Staging
Live Event Production
Both run under one production management layer. One team holding the full picture from first layout to load-out.

From standard 4' x 8' StageRight to curves, wedges, and custom configurations. If it holds gear or people, we stock it.
From 50-seat units to large-scale deployments for entire seasons, our high-capacity plank, tip-up, and integrated VIP/ADA seating systems install quickly over flat ground, uneven terrain, and obstacles.
We design for access from the first touch, so compliance is never an issue. Elevators, ramps, walkways, and true integration happen during discovery, not when you get flagged for compliance.
Any live shot needs a standard. We designed the standard and build to it. Whether it's the PM1-originated main camera bullnose, the cut riser shot, or the three-level system with built-in mult boxes for audio distribution, we design it, deploy it, and build it anywhere.
From road cases of Tensa to miles of bike rack to concert "crash" barricade with inside and outside turns, we deploy for ingress, egress, safety, and crowd management.
Ground-supported signage, entrance arches, and load-bearing truss systems designed, planned, engineer-stamped, and deployed.
Modular ground covering for mud, sand, and National Park Service properties. Elevated decking that lets rainstorms flow underneath. Bridges over obstacles and uneven terrain. Multi-level tent flooring with sacrificial decks you can screw into. We've got it covered.
Commercial pool covers. Custom-measured in three dimensions. Load-bearing. Engineer-stamped. Surfaces in clear see-through acrylic, standard stage deck, or custom.
Mobile stage systems, not as standalone rentals but as part of full live event production. Quick-turn deployment with load-bearing roofs. From SL50s for FOH positions through SAM 555s and larger for A-level artists. Complete with custom loading docks, wings, thrusts, and access.
In-house from the first site walk. Every build drawn to scale before it ships, coordinated with venue and permitting authorities, and stamped where the job requires. Production thinking drawn into the plan, not bolted on after.

Line array, point source, or distributed. Spec'd to the room and the show. Designed, deployed, and mixed by our team.
Conventional, moving, and architectural. TV-balanced where the camera needs it. Designed around the show, programmed by our team, run live.
LED walls, projection, camera packages, and switching. Specified to the shot. Integrated into the broadcast.
One voice on comms. One show file. Technical direction and show-calling across every department, live.
Coordinated frequencies and dedicated channels. An intercom built around the show's chain of command, not stacked from stock.
Clean power, sized to the load and the venue. Generators, distro, and spider boxes designed into the plan, not dropped on site.
Prompter, stage monitors, and confidence feeds operated by crew who've done the job live. Edited on the fly when the copy changes.
Pipe and drape, bunting, and duvetyne for the political cycle and beyond. National and state flags with finials and bases, sized and staged to the protocol. Rigged, dressed, and struck by crew who know the difference.
A stage manager on headset, running talent, transitions, and the floor. Working with the show caller, not replacing them. The person who makes sure the right body is in the right spot when the cue fires.
Event-grade wireless built for the crowd, the crew, and the broadcast. Bonded cellular and hardline uplinks for livestream, sized to the audience and the destination. Delivered so the feed never drops.

Most clients work with separate companies for staging, production, and logistics. That means separate timelines, separate contacts, and gaps where things fall through.
PM1 runs both capabilities under one production management layer. The team that designs the stage is talking to the team that hangs the lights. The layout accounts for the audio before the structure is built. When something changes at 2 a.m., one call adjusts the whole plan.
When a build exceeds what's in our inventory, we don't say no. We source from our warehouses first, or from a vetted partner network when the scope calls for it. Either way, we manage to PM1 standards and deliver the full scope as one team.
That's the difference between a production infrastructure partner and a company that drops off equipment.
“The PM1 team were truly world-class. Professional and went above all our expectations. They were able to deliver on all of our production needs.”
