Production Staff

The infrastructure is only half the job. The other half is the crew that builds it, runs it, and breaks it down — on time, on spec, and without a single moment where the client has to wonder if someone's handling it.

PM1 deploys its own production staff to every political event we support. These aren't day-call hires pulled from a labor pool. They're background-checked, security-cleared professionals who have worked political stages before and understand what's at stake when the lights come on.

Our teams operate under strict production schedules with zero tolerance for missed deadlines. Load-in times on political events aren't suggestions — they're coordinated with advance teams, Secret Service, and venue operations. When we say we'll be ready, we're ready.

PM1 produces full CAD renderings, dimensioned drawings, parts lists, and load-in sequences for every political event we support. You see the stage layout, the press riser configuration, the crowd control footprint, the ADA access points, and the power distribution plan — all before the contract is signed. There's no guesswork. There's no "we'll figure it out when we get there." You walk into the advance meeting with drawings your client can approve and your Secret Service detail can review.

This matters most when the stakes are highest. The final weeks of a presidential campaign are the most compressed, most visible, most unforgiving stretch in live event production. Rally sites change. Venues shift. Crowd estimates double overnight.
