Warehouse Associate I

Interested candidates should have at least 1-3 years’ experience in an event production warehouse setting with some knowledge of staging, decking, and bleacher systems.

This positions duties include but not limited to: Lifting of at least 75 lbs. repetitively, working at heights, bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing for long periods, HI-LO driving and vehicle driving, preparing and pulling show inventory, receiving and processing inventory,  able to work in hot/cold environments and ability to adapt and change to a fast moving environment.

Standard shifts are M-F 8-5pm, but some nights, weekends and holidays may be required. Overnight travel will be up to 25%. Depending on timing of the year, overtime may be authorized.

Candidate should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, reliable transportation, willingness to train and learn with accurate math and inventory skills. In addition, applicant must possess a current and valid Driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Great physical stamina, manual dexterity, Good organizational/time-management skills, interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, self-driven, problem - solving ability and attention to detail are keys to success in this position.

Those with a current CDL and Hi-Lo certifications will be considered to start at a higher wage after a successful completion of a background and motor vehicle report.

PM1 was founded in 2018 as a merger of a decade long partnership between DC-Based Electrum Productions and Michigan/Iowa – Based Elite Productions. PM1’s first year saw over 900 events between our locations in Orlando, DC, Iowa and Detroit.
